Online Order Shipping:
We offer Canada Post standard shipping option at a flat rate of $15 for every order. If your order is over $100 before tax shipping is free. The minimum required amount for an online order is $25.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. Examples include but are not limited to extremely heavy, large or awkwardly shaped products. We will contact you with the option to pay for additional shipping on these orders.
Delivery times within Canada will vary according to the delivery address and can take up to 5-7 business days once your order is processed. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays.
In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue we deem to be your fault (wrong address, failure to pick up, underage) we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free), the fees for the return shipment charged by the carrier as well as a 25% restocking fee from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
If an item you order becomes out of stock or there are other unexpected circumstances regarding your order we will notify you and refund you for any out of stock items.
Any returns must be made within 7 days since receiving your order. We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges past 7 days. In order to return your item(s) they must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Items that are perishable, on sale or discount are exempt from being returned. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt in order to be refunded. Returns can be brought back in-store or shipped back to us (at your own expense). Rolling Papers, Tips, Cones, Wraps, Hemp Wraps, Leaf Wraps and any and all rolling products classified as a rolling paper product is non-refundable.
Once returns are received within the 7 day return policy period, items will be inspected and we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Return processing may vary depending on your card issuers policies (usually up to 10 business days).
You are responsible for paying any shipping costs or fees associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deduced from the refund amount.
We are not responsible for any items that you ship out untracked and for whatever reason is not received by us. We suggest using a tracked service.
If you live within Toronto or the GTA you may return your order in store with your online receipt and original method of payment.
Some items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Legal Purchasing Age:
Due to the nature of our products customers must be 19 years of age or older. You must have proof of age upon delivery. It is a Health Canada and Canada Post requirement. If no one is home at the time the package will be taken to your local post office to be picked up with ID. Your ID must match the name on the package who it is mailed out to. If you place an order and do not have a valid ID, we are not responsible and unable to give any refunds. If you cannot verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province the package will be returned to us and any refunds will be done minus a 25% restocking fee as well as any shipping charges and fees associated with package being sent back to us.
All our items are sold for legal purposes only and we cannot sell anything to you if it’s illegal to purchase in your jurisdiction or if you are underage.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Any credit card purchases will show on your statement as being with HOLLYWOOD HI.
Payment Processing: Ensure that your email address and shipping information is correct when ordering. Your ID, credit card, shipping and billing address must all match. If shipping or billing does not match credit card you may receive a declined or unable to process payment.
Where we ship:
Canada-wide only. We do not ship Internationally.
Pricing: Prices are exclusive of tax and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change at anytime and we do not offer credits if an item becomes discounted.
If your package arrives with a broken piece, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with 72 hours of package being received with a photo of the broken product, the box your product arrived in and your order #.
A note about products and images:
Please be advised that the pictures on our website and the actual product may vary slightly as a lot of glassware products are difficult to capture and may look different in real life. Some product packaging colours may differ slightly from the photo. We ensure that we have the best accurate descriptions of the products you are purchasing. Some products you are unable to select the colour and will receive which colour is in stock and may be from a randomized assortment of colour and/or pattern. This will be indicated on the particular items that this pertains to. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions about our products you may have and we will do our best to assist you.
What is not covered by our return policy:
- Sale and Final Sale items are non-refundable
- Used products
- Rolling papers, tips, wraps and any other rolling categorized products are non-refundable
- Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair
- Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse
- Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
- Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
- Stripped or damaged threads (ie: 510 battery connection).
